Train in the Stronghold
Stronghold Boot Camp stacks bodyweight strength and cardio into a circuit that challenges the whole body. Squats, push-ups, lunges, and stamina drills move in rounds, building the kind of endurance and grit you can feel carrying into the rest of life.
Scripture calls the Lord our rock, our fortress, our stronghold, the safe and immovable place we run to. This class trains hard in that same spirit: we push our limits because our strength and our security rest in Him, not in ourselves.
Circuits, Stamina, Encouragement
Expect rounds of work that blend strength and cardio with no equipment required. Jo sets the pace, calls the rounds, and scales each move up or down, so the same circuit serves a first-timer and a seasoned athlete in the same session.
