Stillwaters Stretch & Restore is the gentle counterweight to a busy life. Through slow stretching, joint mobility, and deep, unhurried breathing, Jo helps you release the tension the week leaves behind and restore range, ease, and calm to the whole body.
The Shepherd leads us beside still waters and restores the soul. This session is built in that same unhurried spirit: nothing strenuous, nothing rushed, just space to soften, to breathe, and to be renewed in body and in spirit.
Gentle, Slow, Restorative
Expect supported stretches, gentle mobility, and long, easy breaths, work you can do on a mat or in a chair. Jo guides each movement slowly and offers modifications throughout, making this a perfect close to a hard training day or a restful practice all on its own.
