Kairos HIIT is built on bursts: short windows of hard, focused effort followed by recovery, repeated until you are spent in the best way. In a handful of minutes you raise your heart rate, build stamina, and burn energy, no long workout required.

The Greek word kairos means the appointed, opportune moment, the right time to act. That is the spirit of every interval: this window matters, so give it everything, then rest, then rise and go again.
