Jubilá (joo-BEE-lah)

Many styles, one Spirit. A joyful, sweat-and-smile dance workout set entirely to Christian music, where the dance floor becomes a place of praise.

A welcome from Jo is on the way Jo's video introduction to Jubilá will live right here. In the meantime, you can catch her on YouTube @TIYOFI.

Worship in Motion

Jubilá is what happens when a dance party meets a worship set. It carries the same energy that makes dance fitness so contagious, the rhythm, the variety, the joy of moving with others, but every beat is built on Christian music and every session is offered back to God.

You do not need to be a dancer. You do not need rhythm, the right shoes, or any experience at all. If you can move, you can Jubilá. Jo guides every step so you can follow along, laugh through the missed moves, and leave with a lighter heart and a stronger body.

One Class, Many Dances

Most dance-fitness classes lean on a single sound. Jubilá draws from the whole family of dance. Across a session you will move through the footwork of salsa and merengue, the bounce of hip hop, the swing of line dance, and gentle cool-down rhythms, all reimagined for a faith-filled room.

The dances themselves are timeless folk and street forms that belong to everyone. What makes Jubilá its own is the heart behind it and the music underneath it. This is not a club workout with the words swapped out. It is movement designed from the ground up to be a celebration of the One who gave us bodies to move.

  • Many dance styles in one flowing, full-body cardio session
  • Set entirely to Christian music: worship, pop, rock, and instrumental
  • No experience required, every move taught and easy to follow
  • Joyful and welcoming, whether you're 19 or 90

Why "Jubilá"

The name grows out of the biblical idea of jubilee, the season of release, restoration, and rejoicing that God built into the rhythm of His people. Dance has always belonged to that joy. Miriam took a timbrel in her hand and led the women in dance after the Lord delivered Israel. David danced before the Lord with all his might. Jubilá stands in that long line: the body, set free, giving glory back to God.

The music is the heartbeat of the class. Every track is Christian, drawn across genres so the playlist never feels narrow, from driving worship anthems and Christian pop to hip hop, Latin-flavored praise, and softer instrumental pieces for the warm-up and cool-down. The lyrics lift your eyes even while your heart rate climbs.

"Let them praise his name with dancing, making melody to him with tambourine and lyre."
Psalm 149:3
