Evergreen is gentle, joyful movement designed for the later seasons of life and for anyone easing back into activity. Often supported by a chair, sessions build strength, mobility, and balance at a kind and steady pace, with no jarring impact and nothing to prove.

Scripture promises that the righteous will still bear fruit in old age, staying fresh and green. Jo is living proof, at 67, of what faithful movement does over a lifetime. Evergreen is an invitation to keep growing, keep moving, and keep flourishing, whatever your age.

Expect a warm, unhurried session you can do seated or standing. Jo guides gentle strength, stretching, and balance work, all easy to follow and simple to modify, so you build confidence and capability without strain.
