Cornerstone Strength is a full-body resistance workout that moves to worship. Using weights, bands, or simply the weight of your own body, Jo leads you through pressing, pulling, squatting, and lifting, the foundational movements that build lasting, functional strength.

The body is a temple, and a temple is only as sound as its foundation. Every set is an act of stewardship, offered back to the One who holds all things together. You bring the effort, Jo brings the structure, and the music keeps your heart where it belongs.
