Anchored Core focuses on the muscles that hold everything together: the deep abdominals, the lower back, the whole midline that keeps you upright and steady. Jo guides controlled, intentional work that builds real stability from the inside out.

A strong center is what keeps us steady when life shakes. The same is true of the soul. As the body learns to hold firm, the session points to the hope that anchors us, the One who keeps us from being tossed about.
